Suggestion for Seoul drivers

Cars shouldn't be allowed to drive on sidewalks.

Or if they DO drive on the sidewalk, then drivers shouldn't honk loudly and repeatedly at pedestrians minding their own business.

And they certainly shouldn't be offended if some pedestrians get annoyed at this behavior and shoot dirty looks or, occasionally, act completely passive-aggressive by banging heavily on the car's trunk before walking quickly away.

Especially when the temperature is hovering in the 20s during the day and people are just trying to get someplace without freezing to death, whereas the driver (presumably) has the heat on full-blast inside.

Streets are for cars. Sidewalks are for people.

Just a suggestion.

bahahahahaahahaha that's exactly what I would do. Probably even fake a New York accent to throw in "Yo, I'm walkin' ear! Ya jackass."
