Things that make me happy

True autumn has finally arrived in London. The air has a bit of a nip to it, you can see your breath as you walk down the street, and best of all, the leaves are changing. Red, yellow, orange, gold--it's a beautiful sight to walk through the park and admire the changing colors. What could be more beautiful?

Some people swoon over spring, others wish for winter, while still some think summer is sensational. Me, I adore autumn. The vivid colors, the smell of burning fires, the crunch of leaves under-foot, the crisp air. It's a season meant for sweaters and jackets, and where at the end of the day, nothing is better than a cup of hot tea and a pair of sweatpants.

And autumn in London? Well, it's nothing less than magical. (Plus, the start of November means the start of Christmas season, as least here, where the lights are already twinkling at Oxford Circus!)
